How to use (for parents)

  1. Open this app in Google Chrome on a laptop/desktop for the best read-aloud voice.
  2. Type a Hero, Sidekick, Setting and Goal (e.g., “Maya”, “robot cat”, “space museum”, “find a lost comet”).
  3. Choose a length: Short (~150–200 words) or Medium (~300 words).
  4. Click Forge Story. A kid-friendly story appears in the box.
  5. Edit anything you like directly in the story box.
  6. Click 🔊 Read aloud to have the story spoken. Use ⏹ Stop to pause/stop.
  7. Click Copy Story to paste into homework or a document, or Download .txt to save it.
Tips: Try different sidekicks and goals to spark variety. Works offline once loaded. Best voice quality in Chrome.
